The innovative concept of BIM - Building Information Modeling - applied to civil construction and public works, similar to what has happened in countries that are currently more advanced in its implementation, has gradually added "bottom-up" adhesions.
Initially, it was supported by the pioneerism of some designers and construction companies who, on their own initiative, were introducing these methodologies in their internal processes, with a view to a medium-term improvement in quality and operational results, soon to the gains.
All the projects require a deep reformulation going through several stages, from the change of the action of the actors, training, qualification of resources and the control and manipulation of software .
Our vision focuses on improving the entire production process and increasing the profitability of the various professionals in the Construction Sector, through a new BIM teaching and training methodology , thus increasing quality in each project.
Innovation
There has been a generalized growth in the adoption of BIM , more particularly its extension to the range of actors that probably will have more influence in the paradigmatic change of the entire Architecture, Engineering, Construction and Operation sector, which are the owners of work.
The desire to better control the design, construction and management of its assets, adding new approaches and allowing the tightest control of deadlines and costs, has led some of the largest owners, responsible for the large construction and infrastructure to adopt a cross-cutting methodology, imposing it upstream of the whole process.
Thus, in view of the increasing evolution of the digital representation of construction models, it became possible to implement the BIM methodologies , to address and solve paradigms in the construction sector.
